Default PR4 CONVERTED TO P28?help!!

HI,Iwas wondeing if its true that i can run my pr4 ecu,obd1-so it operates my d16z6 /vtec like a p28,can it be converted like that?any one got a link showing how?

You can't use an obd0 pr4 on an obd1 system; you'd have to convert your car to obd0, which would be dumb. I believe you can do a 1-wire vtec conversion on obd0 pr4 ecus, but it's prolly in your best interest to avoid the hassle, and spend a little extra cash on the p28. They aren't all that expensive. But go on to pgmfi.org if you want to learn more about ecus, there is a LOT more information than you'll ever need there.

92-93 integras have obd1 pr4's.......

If it is a 1720 board (which all OBDI PR4s are) then it is cake.

Yeah its the 1720, i may just covert it for the practice (i looked inside it and it has not been converted yet) ,im still getting a p28 too,thanks for the help!!
