I am partial to the Hondata S300. If you have a laptop you can tune the car on the fly. Best of all, it's a real Honda ecu, not a piggyback that tricks the factory ecu. Chrome is a software that allows you to burn a chip you install into a factory ecu. This is the most inexpensive, but it isn't as convenient as s300.

emanage is a piggyback. i'd avoid using it. there are better, cheaper, options.

hondata, crome, or something else that actually REPLACES the stock ecu maps will be a much better solution.

to tune your self, you'll need a wideband o2, and an EGT gauge helps too.
other than that and the tuning gear, its all about knowing what you're doing. do you?
