Rep Power: 12 | Many have added VTEC to a non-VTEC engine it's not that difficult, but it does require a bit of effort on your part. Do a search on an "LS VTEC" there are dozens of write ups on it and if you just read a couple of them you should be able to do it on your own. |

Rep Power: 3 | i figured that, but from what i understand it the ls block is supposed to be better to turbo. and being on a bit of a tight budget i was thinking that would be a solid way to go(with the gsr head). or do u think a b16 head would be better? thanks |

Your posts make my head hurt. First off he was right you can't get as much power out of a LS/Vtec that you can get from a full GSR. Next again your posts make my head hurt. The flow charts between the heads are almost the same, you're thinking of the B16 intake manifold that flows better than the GSR IM. hale97 please don't listen to this NOOB he and his 152whp have no idea what they're talking about. | |
