For all you guys who have built up a B16 or B18 (or anything for that matter)
Has anybody built up a motor that has exceeded their expectations? Have any reccomendations for parts combinations? tell me your story........ Thanks __________________

I guess I don't know what you want from this. When I finished mine it didn't have more power than I expected. That is not saying that I am not impressed with it.

yea. i had higher expectations for my b16 than it gave...
i wanted to go faster than the frank lin eg2, but i didn't i ran .3 slower than he did, but i had full interior and a terrible 60' i wanted 175whp on a b16 w/ stock block.... didn't happen... see where this is going!!??? go 1.8L or more!! |

i got close to 175whp, 171whp is enough. i'm pretty happy with my setup.
