I got a b16 and the damn thing wont stop knocking and now . Well I tried to start it numerous times now
just makes loud knocking noise I'm thinking that the valves need adjusting but it sound worse then that. The engine also has the corrrect amount of oil in it. I put 10w-40 in it I'm real confused and dont want to waste money on something thats not the problem.

what could be the problem?

It might be your camshaft, it might need to be lubed. Or it might be the type gas your using 91 burns more effcient, ans 89 or what ever it is, doesnt. I dont know theese might be your problems

no it was the crank and he drove the car and now it has a big a*s hole in it.
