Default b18 w/ p30 pistons..cam help

im trying to figure out what cam to use with a rebuilt stock b18a but with p30 pistons. i can get a good deal on a head with crower 404s and springs but will that work with my set up?

just has crower springs/retainers and crower 404 cams. no port and polish yet. i was going to do that somtime but would it work without port/polish?

well i didint know if it would restrict the head too much. anyway bout that cam, is it practical for everyday use??

my buddy was running Crower 403's daily driver with no problems..
