| Junior Member |  b18b stage 1 cams... hey everyone!! this is my first post... got some good info here!! look forward to sticking around here and learning more!! anyway... my question is... i plan on swaping a b18b with a b16 or b18c gearbox into my EK sedan... i'll be rebuilding the motor with all new gaskets, seals and rings etc so won't need to worry about internals for a long time... but since i'll have the motor apart, i thought is it worth putting in stage 1 cams? i know most people say you might as well go with stage 2's... but i want something still 'reliable' and 'driveable' i guess you could say... i don't want the hassle of rough idle and so forth... would stage 1 cams be fine with a piggy back ecu? because i've got an apexi neo here that could go to some use too... look forward to your replys!! |
