this is something i just came up with. if you guys notice the b18b obd1 has a different valve cover then a obd2. if you got a b18b obd1 motor, would a b18b obd2 valve cover fit on the obd1 b18b?

cause im getting a b18b obd1 motor for real cheap but i like the obd2 valve cover better

the pcv valve is in a different place. on the newer covers, its on the cover. on the older one, it is not. it will still fit. just tap off the hole in the cover with some silicone

not at all. the heads are identical.

the intake manifold is slightly different, and thus, the pcv valve was moved.

just put a penny and silicone up the whole in the later model valve cover, and call it a day.
