Here's what i'd replace:

B20 block - sleeved by GE b18b. once sleeved to 84mm, the b20 is just a more expensive choice of the exact same thing.
RC Injectors 550 cc (peak and hold or saturated?) - its in there...
OBD I ECU (JDM ITR) - see what pills said
B18C5 Tranny w 4.7 Final Gear - GSR with quaiffe
AEM Fuel Rail - Golden Eagle
CM Stg 4 Clutch - ACT
Axles & Mount Brackets - HAspot mounts rock
ACT Street Lite 11.9lb flywheel - don't. stay stock.
Traction Bars - jimfab.com

on what pills and pissed said.

I would also add fresh new vtec oil and water pumps, a new oem timing belt, and replace every gasket (which I am sure you will be doing anyways) Might want to consider some type of stronger aftermarket axles if planning to use slicks or have high power. And don't go with a B20, like pissed said if you are sleeving it then it's the same shit.
