whats up, i started on building my b20 vtec...ill post sum pictures as i go through...but what i wanted to know is...the fittings that come on the kit for the head is a -4AN to 3/8 fitting...im not that fimilar with american standard but i looked up that chart that pissedoffsol posted about conversion...i just wanted to confirm...is -4AN the same size a 1/4 in NPT? cause i have a 1/4-3/8 fitting...i just want to know if there is the right one to use. thanks.

basically, -4an is 4/16, or 1/4, so while its the same 1/4", the style of the thread is different
NPT are tapered. -AN fittings have a rounded top and are not tapered. theres an article i did in the articles section about misc fittings |
