I've been reading about people milling the main cap's and saddle's for more crush on the bearings... I've also read about people honing the big ends of the rods. Is there any real benefit to doing this? Is there an engine builder here that does this?

Um, milling caps for more crush?

Honing big ends of rods?

Someone's tuggin on your shiz...

Blueprinting an engine is merely the documentation and record of any built engine. So if you build an engine, and record all the weights, measurements, and so forth, it would be "Blueprinted".

Balancing is another story. You also want someone who can "Weight Match", this is important in a "Balanced" engine.
