I have a 92 LS B18A block with a spun rod bearing.

I am getting a 2K B18C1 block with 50K on it with a broken motor mount boltholes.

I want to take out all the GSR internals and bolt them into the LS block.

I believe this is possible and I am sure I can bolt everything up but just want to make sure. I plan on going NOS or turbo later on.

the ls block doesn't have the oil squirts that the gsr block does. i believe it will work though.

yeah it will work, but why would you want to loose displacement and torque?

Maybe the B18A's crank is damaged?

Sorry, I forgot to mention I am only getting a GSR short block.
The car has been through CA ref with a LS and is carb legal as an OBD0 LS.
Also dropping in the GSR block would require a rewire to OBD1 and going through ref again and finding a head, manifolds and ECU.
If I got a complete GSR then I would drop it in and rewire.

I would still run the B18A's crank and rods if you can. If the crank is damaged in the B18A, you could swap in the GSR internals and run them if you wanted to. If you did, I would go ahead and get the girdle to work with it all too.
