Please excuse my lack of knowledge on the subject but Im sure there are plenty of great minds out there waiting to spit out all of there knowledge for an eager mind such as myself. Can somebody please break down ,"barney style ," what a LS VTEC set up is and what the advantages and alternatives are to it. Id really appreciate it and youd be helping me learn something new. Thanks

1. b16/gsr head
2. b18a or b18b block thats the basics.... there's more... you'll use gsr headbolts/studs, a steel braided line to supply oil for vtec to engage, some t fittings or a sandwich adapter to hook the braided line to, usually a gsr timing belt and water pump areused instead of the LS's, also its wise to run a itr/gsr oil pump. __________________
