is the b16 and the ls manifold the same bolt pattern? I am looking at a hell of a deal on a jrsc for a civic si but want to see if it will bolt on my ls head

No. PR4 and PR3 heads have a different IM bolt patterns. They are very close however, and if you feel like doing a little fab work, you can get a b16 manifold to bolt up to an LS head. But the water outlet on the distributor side of the head will not line up, so you either have to plug it or reroute it some how.
