Well, I installed my 403 cams because the guy at the machine shop is taking forever with my head and I wanted a sneak peak...

Well I couldnt adjust valve lash at the time of install because the feeler gauge was no where to be found. Adjusted the valve lash that same weekend. Ahh perfect, got rid of 95% of the tickin, and motor was runnig good.

Now I beat the hell outta the car, and I ended up having to set the valve lash again cause it was ticking again, but this time only the intake cam.

Now 3 weeks later its got a slight tick again. WTF, anyone have this problem with having to re-adjust valve lash over and over..........

I do it correctly, with the engine at proper temp. It helps for 3 weeks.

Im using the stock valvetrain. My crower valvetrain is on my built head at the machine ship. I only installed the cams in a stock head.

I think its my springs gettin used to being compressed more... or something.
