i would spend about $200 an get a new tapered throttle body. There are a couple of companies that make these but the best one to get would be a DH-Racing. They are kind of an ebay company but i had one of these on my gsr and i got 14 whp with that and a stock ported intake manifold. This throttle body goes from 68mm at the manifold to 74.5mm at intake.

The skunk2 TB works well with the skunk2 manifold from what I've heard online.

75mm seem's a bit large for the H22, but I could be wrong. Contact skunk2 and ask them what they reccomend.

Make sure to stay away from deep puddles when it rains. You dont want to hydro-lock the engine just to make it sounds cool.
