Default Timing Belt Fiasco

I started a project that kind of ended up over my head. Only because in the middle of this project I had a vacation planned, and upon returning I almost forgot where I was at. The project was replacing the head gasket, which led to having the head machined. One thing led to another, so of course I'm doing the timing as well. I have a 1991 Honda si hb and I'm wondering if I could install the timing belt without taking out the whole motor. I can see the I'll have to loosen a motor mount, but I want to know what is recommended?
