im guessing its an mpfi harness since the integra harness swapped in, how do you know that the haress is bad? have you tested it? I have one for a 91 but its got a few differences in it, I know because I have a full 89 si harness, front and rear chassis and engine, in my 91 dx. I can give it to you but some plugs and a wire here and there have been different.

one thing i dont understand is why everyone says that a custom car should stick out from the rest and be different but everytime i see someone wanting to do something "different", in this case a front end swap, everyone shuns the idea like a little bastard child that no one wanted. im not trying to be a dick or anything but it seems like if its not a swap to a jdm front end or just a subtle lip kit on some cars everyone thinks its shit. sll of those jdm swaps for the most part just bolt right up with no actual modification at all except maybe changing the radiator support. custom should be going out there and cutting the shit out of some cars and making it one-of-a-kind not one-of-those-jdm-cars. and to be honest the jdm isn't neccesarily out of the ordinary or custom seeing as how thats pretty much how the car looks over in japan. once again im not trying to be a dick to all the jdm fans out there but come on if some one wants to do something truly one-off we should all give them inspiration not shoot their dreams down and say they're stupid or dumbasses. sorry for my little rant here but thats really been bugging me for a couple days. thanks for reading and thanks for the responses anyway

my 1990 civic with a 1998 ls swap was doing the same thing with codes 3,7,9.. I changed everything with parts from another car i had, and still same codes... I then said forget the head ache, and went to the auto parts store.. Bought some 60 ft. wire. Ran New wires from the ecu to the plug where the engine harness hooks in.. checked for any breaks in the engine harness. When I ran the new wires, and taped them up so the look all nice. went on my first test drive. " NO MORE CODES, AND NO MORE BOGGING" i'm going to call it a wiring problem.

look inside the differential where the axles go in and count the splines - if it has 25 splines, it uses the stock unequal length D-series axles - if it has 27 splines, it uses the ZC intermediate shaft (no other shaft will work) and equal length 90-93 Integra axles
