I've been looking into cams for my ls CRX. First off a list of my mods: 90 ls motor with forged 10.5 compression pistons, Eagle H-beam rods, Fidanza flywheel, clutchmaster stage 3 clutch and a Venom VCN-1000 nitrous kit. I plan on running a 75 or 100 shot eventually, I know fuel and engine mangement will need to be addressed before I can spray that big of a shot. I've been looking into the Crower 62402 stage 1 cams. They don't require valve springs and retainers as I don't plan on revving 8,000 rpms. What characteristics do nitrous motors like as far as cams go. Any suggestions on which cams would be the best for my setup?

nitrous cams follow NA more than turbo grinds. they like the duration. the 402s aren't a huge step over the stock cams, so don't expect too much from them.

I personally like the Crower 403s especially for a streetable car... with proper tuning you can get decent power gains....

and don't forget to get gears too... the 402's and the 403's need to be "clocked" as per directions from crower
