Okay, I just picked up an obd1 GSR engine that I am about to start building for my 94' Integra LS. As far as the GSR engine goes, I'm building it from the bottom up with the best parts. Its my daily driver, so I need something I'm not gonna have to constantly rip apart and check on. What are good cams to use for the GSR with forced induction, low compression cp pistons, supertech valvetrain, that are great for the street and strip at 15lb of boost and higher? I've been looking at skunk2 turbo stage two cams. Also, turbos are new to me. Right now, I've got a great LS engine that I plan to boost while my engine is being built. I plan on boosting it with all stock internals and re-using the turbo for the GSR motor when its done. I don't want ebay shit and I'm gonna piece it together with money not really being too much of an issue. Don't get me wrong, I don't wanna spend a fortune... I just wanna spend what I need to, do it the right way and not cheap out, in order to have some fun now and a turbo I can use down the road if I get serious. Let me know any combos that have worked well for any of you.

If you're trying to make a nice, streetable car, my suggestion is a setup along the lines of this:
Motor - Go with a built bottom end (set of pistons/rods, ARP Rod bolts, new rings, ARP head studs) but keep the compression right around 9.0-9.5:1. Leave the head stock (you won't really need to touch it for a build like this) Pick up an already built turbo kit. Trust me when I say that it makes things way easier. The components are known to work well together, and you already have the main components for what you're gonna do. For tuning just get an OBD1 ECU if you don't have one already and have it chipped, have a reputable tuner tune it, and you're done. __________________

Since your not using an insane amount of boost I would do CTR in. cam, ITR ex. cam with brand new oem TYPE R valvetrain. This setup has been proven time and time again. Just a thought
