Default LsV with tdo5h

Hey there does ne one know if an lsv with stock internals will run good with a tdo5h turbo and how much can i boost and how much hp will i push got the turbo for free so trying to make sumthin out of it is it worth it

Tdo5 is a dinky turbo, it's going to fall on it's face before 6k RPM's.

I'd say go for it. They do fine for the DSM crowd. (cheap too)
Just get it tuned correctly and have fun. Start saving up for a better one later. OH, don't forget to change your oil more frequently, like every 2k miles for petrolium. Longer for a good synthetic.

Nope, I don't think anyone here will know how much power that will make. I mean, I've never even heard of that setup before. If I had to guess Id say you could run like 45 PSI and make 500 horse. That's just my guess though.

Id say the best you're going to see out of that turbo is maybe 325-350whp depending on your build. Trying to squeeze more out of it will be extremely hard on the turbo, it could come apart and tear up your whole engine.

Don't even bother with a TD05. Go TD06. They're big in the MR2 crowd and can make a decent amount of HP with them. Highest number i've seen was 484whp on E85.
