I have been working on hondas for a few months. I have been driving a 94 honda civic with a d15b7. My exauhst valves have gone out on my current d15b7 head so now im just trying to see what i will need if I put a 89 d16a6 head on this b7 block .

Swap all the sensors over, use the original manifolds. You can't find another B7 head? They should be all over the place for next to nothing..

If I was you i'd drop a fresh D16Z6 on there. And call it day. Just search mini me swap and youll see complete write ups.

you should need nothing.
d16a6 and d15b7 use the same head casting.
d16a6 has a better cam. use the a6 cam with a y7/y8 cam pulley to compensate for the d15's shorter deck height.
a6 intake manifold would be better then b7, but you need to swap sensors, as mentioned above.
use your b7 distributor.
a6 = obd0
b7= obd1
