Annoying sound... HELP!

So I finnaly swapped in my second b18c this time a fully built engine but there is a annoying loud pitched sound coming from what seems to be by the air intake. It didnt make this sound before and its not the wistling sound commonly heard from most b16's b18's with aftermarket air intakes. The other thing that is weird/annoying about it is that you can hear it only at a certain rpm (and pedal has to be pushed down to hear it) so if i control the throttle it will make this noice conistantly im going to go attempt to record the sound for you guys. My tranny also makes a noice that i thought was a throw out bearing but is not because i just replaced the flywheel. Its very annoying and i want it to go away!!! ahhhhhh...Help! Could it be from the intake manifold or by the throttle anywere?

I guess it could be the intake what throws me off is how it only does it when the pedal is in so far or certain rpm one of the two not sure...

My car is running uber lean because of a chipped p28 gone wrong... im alrdy aware, i have the s300 hondata ordered... And will go in after I break in the engine... And sry i reduced the quality so it wouldnt take forever to upload / load... Going to try getting a lil higher quality smaller clip... Its actually quite loud in the car/outside... Listen closely...And the slapping noise somehow got on there wtf its not the car... lmao... its prb just reduced quality annoying sounds...

Sounds to me likes its coming from your intake too, but i've never heard a intake that has a high pitch whislte noise and certian rpms. by whistle i mean like a pinhole in an exhaust and it has that stupid ass noise like your holding a peice of paper tight between your fingers and your blowing across it really hard

I took the intake off and tested it its actually coming from the skunk 2 intake manifold weird? and im guessing there isnt a fix for it... booo buy a new one... thats my fix grrrrrr

Problem Fixed i swapped out to my old throttle body and the noise is gone... crazy eh?

Oddly enough I have this exact same problem with a skunk2 intake manifold with B18. Whistle happens at certain rpm's and throttle positions. I'll try replacing the gasket and see what happends.
