my buddy's civic eg si hatch is throwing a code 9 .... cyp sensor problem .... we reset the ecu and it went away but as soon as the car gets up to temp the mil light comes on again .... has anyone ever encountered this??? what did u do?

yeah you need to replace the sensor thats it. That or you timeing is off only other thing that would set it off. Cyl position If you timeing is off that much the car would run like shit.
