I have been having this problem for some time now and I am wondering if anybody else is as well. When I go to turn on the headlights...say after i get off work...the dash lights and tail lights wont come on for a minute or two. The problem gets worse the colder it gets outside, (lights take loger to come on). Can anybody help me figure this out? Thanks.

I thing you might have a relay problem. It might be sticking or faulty, You could go to a local junkyard and have a five finger discount....lol.
