i have a 1995 honda civic ex coupe and im buying a hatchback with B20 Vtec in it should i swap it out and put it in the coupe or leave it in the hatch and mod the hatch? im not to familiar on this yet. thanks for the advice.

well i like the coupe but arnt the hatchs lighter? and idk if i should get the b20 vtec i was reading on how to make it vtec.idk what do you guys thinks the best one to get the k20 or h22a (but i dont think it would pass emissions were i live) or the b18c1 or b16 idk which is the best

I'd go with a b series swap. The coupe isn't much heavier than a hatch, so go with what you like the most. Honda / Acura Vehicle Chassis Weights

i did a right hand drive one, it looked koo but the funniest thing about it was people \asking my customer if it was real..........lol

Yeah i had a post about 97 b16a turbo ek hatch vs 95 b18b1 turbo eg coupe and nobody posted in it. Finding out the ek hatch is about 88lbs heavier. I just decided to go with that. Hatches are the shit---

The engine bay is virtually the same between the two styles. As far as getting the IMPORTANT bits in (all the stuff under the hood), there is no difference.

If it's a B20 VTEC then it should already have VTEC. If it doesn't, then it's just a B20, which is basically an LS with .2 more liters of displacement...
