the "mugen" chip is your problem. leave your fuel pressure alone...

get the car tuned with a map FOR your car, not a 14:1, 11k rpm mugen race car.

you are running rich because of your chipped ECU not fuel pressure. with the type of modifications you have listed there is no way the car will run 100% with any type of basemap "chip". you need to have the car tuned. either do some research on your own or find someone in your area that can tune and they will tell you what you need to do. there are many options, but a lot of tuners may only work with one or two tuning programs.

to my knowledge, ITR injectors are the same 240cc ones used on other b series. you should probably just run the stock fuel pressure.

Tuned means a map specifically for that car and that setup.

IMO, a car is not "tuned" until there's a wideband in the car and the readings are where they should be.

You need to look into alternate methods of tuning. Guesswork will only yield damage in the end.
