help throwing code 9s
I have a 1990 prelude 2.0si with a 5speed all stock. I was thinking about selling it because I just dont drive it enough to keep it . Now as soon as I said that........ the check engine light came on and stays on.
when I read the code it comes up code 9 . so I replaced the distributor and reset the ecu the light........ still comes on so I figured I got a bad dist/ so I replaced it again and reset the ecu and you guessed it its ......still on. So do I have a bad ecu? can they throw code 9s? I cant believe all 3 of the dist/ have bad #1 cylinder position sensors. any Ideas. I belive the stock ecu is a pk2 any help would be greatful. have a Blessed one. Frank  |
