Total NewBIE here!!!!!
Can you swap intakes manifold on a GSR motor....
I heard that the dual intake is a little restrictive when it comes to an all motor applaction...
Someone said a type r or b16 intake manny won't bolt up....
Is this true????
I trying to stay OEM with my parts!!!!!
I don't want the skunk intake manifold...

you can't do the itr or b16 IM without some cutting/welding/fabbing

just get a skunk2 one. it's better than the ITR one.

the skunk2 looks oem anyways, it's not like an STR drag intake manifold or a sheet metal one. If you want to stay oem you could fit the ITR on there but like PillsPMD said you will have to do adjusting.

The one thing I can't figure out is if the ITR IM is so superior to the GSR unit why does Erick Aguilar use the GSR unit??

Of course it's not stock, it even says so on his website, I just wish I knew why he decided to use that style setup as opposed to the ITR style intake manni's. Maybe he designed it to create a lot of velocity?? Not sure
