messed up mounts? scratching gears?

i have a 90 civic hb and the way i bought it i saw the left mount on the passenger side was messed up the motor was lob sided lol but i fixed it but i can still feel the motor andn shifting back and forth im gusseing the mount in the back of the engine also needs to be changed but most im portant the gears like 2nd and third at high speed scrathch although they wont scrath if i wait for the engine to slow down too shift if anyone knows what might be going on id appreciate the help i wonder if it is the mount thats making my gears scrathch?

bad syncronizers maybe. my car does it to but its 5th.

Bad mounts can cause chatter and cause the clutch to feel like its bad.
