Hi, i have a ek with a jdm b16 motor, right now i have custom 2.25" piping and a 2.5" magnaflow muffler...
the magnaflow is too loud so i wanna get a type r muffler, the type r muffler is 2"...and my piping is 2.25". will that slow me down at all or no? I figure no because the type r muffler is made for a 1.8L 195 hp car...so it should be ok witha b16?

add a resonator to your current system. it will absorb a little bit more noise, and quiet down your car.

Dynomax mufflers are pretty quiet.. i like mine anyways.. not too loud..

my dynomax sounds pretty decent...except I don't have a resonator so its kinda tinny.
