My tranny keeps falling out of gear in first and second gear at low rpms but never in the other gears no matter how low the rpms are, and when Im in third at low rpms I can move it out gear without using the clutch,

Are my synchros going bad or is my clutch going out ?

you can move a shifter in and out of any gear without a clutch. thats what synchros do.

if your synchros were bad, you're grind going into the gear, even with the clutch depressed.

the shifter popping out is not clutch related. if your clutch was bad, you would rev up with it in gear, but not go anywhere (the clutch would be doing a burnout, so to speak, instead of holding and moving your forward.)

could be a bent shifter fork or defective mounts.

3rd gear is a little rough for me right now, it grinds going in if I'm over 2500, and once a week or so it'll kick it out if I'm running under 2000.
