I have a 97 civic hx and am missing the fuse cover and I am either missing a fuse or one is blown but I dont want to go through all of them!!! my cigaratte lighter doesnt work and the radio isnt working!!! please help!!!!

Dont know how much help i can be but on my civic which is a 92-95 not a 96-00 its a 15v fuse and its in the column closer to the floor and its the lower of the two 15's in that column.
Hope that helps Ben (Hopefully the fuse boxes are similar) __________________
