Default Need help: msd ignition box

I just installed a msd ignition box ,coil,distributor cap it was working great for about 2 days when I shifted gears
I was only loseing about 300 rpm if that .last night when I got in my car I started it and it had a small vibration
I drove it down the road and when I shifting I am loseing about 1000rpm I switched spark plug wires but didnt help
could this be in the coil
