Default Oil pan leak (sealing Problem)

Ok guys i have been having a problem getting my oil pan to seal i have changed gasket about four or five times. I have tried everything like sealant, no sealant, and sealant only on corners and stuff but nothing seems to work is there a special order u have to tighten the oil pan down if you have a tightening diagram sequence that would help but i just thought maybe my oil pan is warped. I just want to get some opinions from some of u other guys who might have had this problem thanks anything helps.
