know this is an acura forum but i've gotta quick tech question about my other car which is an 95-96 eclipse rs I was driving down the road and all of a sudden the motor just cut off comes to find out the timing belt broke now on the 95-96 eclipse 2.0 dohc motor would it have damage any of the valves or even worse the head? Or would it just be I'm going to have to replace the timming belt? Please help!!! thanks oh yeah and one more question would some integra type-r wheels fit on the eclipse?

odds are you bent a valve so id have those checked out.

easy way to check the valves-a leak down test, Put each cylinder one at a time on DTC so all vavles are closed, if you have an air compreesor with a blower tip put it in the spark plug hole, if you hear air out the exaust the exaust valves are bent if you hear air out the intake the intake vavles are bent(for this you might have to pull off the intake piping and open the throttle plate if your hear nothing your good
