Today I was taking my interior part on a 93 Del Sol Si, to clean out all the dog hair from a previous owner. I've always noticed my seat belts lag some when retracting and I found out why, but I was wondering if they are needed, Each side has these yellow bags that are siliconed on/around the seat belt torwards the base. Is this factor? is it needed? should I take them out?
