I put in 1.6L sohc vtec in a 93 sedan, can I use the 1.5L throttle body that was on the stock engine, cuz the 1.6 didn't come with a throttle body.

Or are the throttle bodies different , does the 1.6L need a bigger one.

You should be able to use the throttle body from the 1.5L on the 1.6L's manifold. The bore size of the 1.6L TB may be a little bigger than the 1.5's, I'm not all that familiar with single cams, but they should be interchangeable.
