Default Tps sensor help!

Ive got a b16, its throwing the tps CEL.
I changed it but still have it.
So i tested it .5v closed, and 4.5-5v full throttle.
So i know it works, but i still get a code-7 and a high idle.
Any suggestions on what to look for to fix it.

Check the wiring for shorts.. Make sure there are good strong connections from the ecu to the sensor.
