ok i gat a 92 hb with a b16a and a gsr tranny the problem is the clutch is about 7 months old it works ok but is taking a long time for vtec to kick in and it makes some noises when i let go of the clutch pedel and they go away when i step on it again. some one told me its the trow out bearing what do you guys think

i forgat if it is the clutch how hard is it to put on and what are pounds needed to screw in the screws and what brand and what stage will you guys go for

the noise is more then likely your throw out bearing, the way to check if your clutch is slipping is roll about 10-15 miles an hour and then stick it in third and floor it, if it slowly boggs up your good, the rpms skip as its goin up its slippin.
