Default wiring hrness extra clips

ok i just pulled the harness from my old engine and i started hooking it up to the new engine,,the problem is i have 2 clips left,,one down under the intake manifold and one down by the tranny...i also have a (green)sensor in the back of the block down towards the oil pan..is it normal to have left over clips/sensors??\
neither off the clips hook to the sensor though
wiring harness is for/off a d16a6
and its going on a b18a1

the connector under the manifold is probably for the Fast Idle Control Valve on the Si - 2-wire connector with blue and black/yellow wires - the B18 doesn't have FICV like the Si - just leave it - what color are the wires at the one by the transmission? could be the back-up light switch? back-up light switch has 2 wires, yellow and green/black with bullet connectors - switch is on top of the D-series transmission and is on the bottom end on the B-series - the green sensor on the back of the B18 block is oil temperature sensor - you don't need it

Question Same problem

I have the same problem. Cant figure out where they would connect to. Also have a problem with my b18a1. It starts after some spitting and sputtering. It idles fine at 1000 rpms. At around 3000 it starts sounding like its hitting the rev limiter. Anyone have any ideas what this could be? Could it be my EGR valve is bad?
