what all do you have to do to run a nonintercooled turbo on a 96 civic and what is the max psi you can pull also the car is non vtec?
 
Why dont you want to run an intercooler? A a factory DSM side mount from a junkyard would be better than nothing.
 
A dsm side mount is like running no intercooler if you ask me. A lot of pressure drop, not worth the effort.
 
Maybe so but it really doesnt make sense to me why you would want to blow hot air into your motor. They really make a significant pressure drop even with their small size? Please explain.

Why would you want to? If you can't afford a proper turbo setup at the moment, then just wait. Don't half-ass with boost, you'll just end up spending more money down the road...
