Throw out bering Comparison Help

I just want to know if the throw out bering from a Hydrolic B16 and Hydrolic GsR are the same. The reson why im asking this is because, i have a B16 Hydrolic Tranny and i couldnt find a throw out bering for the 99-00 Civic Si. So i bought the Gsr one cuz i think it will be the same but i could be wrong. Can some one tell me if its ok to use the Gs-R throw out bering on my B16 Hydro Tranny. ^_^
