heres one of my last si's from my collection. one that is the cleanest si you will ever see. its my 1 OWNER, 00 si. 22,000 documented miles. the miles are documented on the title. inspection paper work and CARFAX. the car is 100% stock, stock wheels, still has the stock original rims and tires, lol the tires do have flat spots on them from sitting in my wherehouse for 7 years and not moving. the car has the stock b16a. 5 speed trans. power everything. 4 wheel dosc brakes. the car even has the stock honda cd player in it. when i say 100% stock. its STOCK, lol and with 22,000 miles. you wont find a better deal NO where. i dont care if you find a 2004 for my asking price. the 99/00 civic si will always be the best looking civic ever made and in high demand. if i dont sell it on here. im going to list it on ebay. im sure ill get my asking price on there. $$$$ 12,000 cash, sorry i dont have any pics yet. if i see intrest in the car ill take the time to get pics lol

you can call me with any questions 484 905 2292 joe
you can email me with any questions or if you would like to see the carfax report. neighborstree@aol.com

Seven years.... I bet the vtec jumped right out and ran away...
thats part of the problem. i bet the tank needs to be dumped and the engine overhauled. unless it was started up every couple weeks, it's going to need some work.

The fuel system mainly, and a new tank is a guaranteed need in his situation. Then a Run-Rite and oil change... oil change...first.

Shit it would be worth it depending on the looks of the car, if the price wasn't $12,000 and maybe he cut out a zero and made it $1200

lol you guys are funny. it was a buddies car that i had stored for him, he got called into active duty in 01 and just got back last month. . decided to sell the car. the car was moved around my wherehouse. never gave me a issue. i could let it sit for 4 months and it would start right up with no issue. i will have pics toamrrow. and if you guys want to hate, go hate on someones jimmy rigged civic lol.

We aren't hating man. I just think $12,000 is not a good price on this car. It is a 2000. Not to mention you are asking cash. I could see if you accepted payments maybe. But this price will no doubt drop before you sell it. Unless you end up keeping it. Even with the 22,000 miles on it no way.

exactly, its a 2000. the best civic ever made. if someone offered to trade me a 08si i would laugh at them. have you seen the new junk honda is producing. and the new crx that there coming out with, there marketing slogan is "the sports car look". lmao the thing is coming with the fit engine. honda is a joke anymore. heres pics

you do know that fuel deteriorates over time, don't you? first it turns gummy, and then after long enough it becomes dust.

lol dont lie...100% stock, with aftermarket wheels....psh... ;)

g'luck getting your asking price. might be 1 person per every 100,000 people in the market for a civic that would pay that. 10 at the most. i paid 8 for my 2000 EX 3 years ago, no 'jimmy rigs'

lol idiot, i have the stock si wheels, from sitting they had flat spots. and to all you guys with fuel concerns. the car was ran eveery few months here and there to keep the engine in good condition

Either way, if it starts and runs good than there will obviously be no fuel issues, especially if it were running from time to time. If it is something that concerns you that much, get the car in the air and look at the tank and the sending unit for rusted lines/fittings. I honestly do not think you will get what your asking. Knock off a couple thousand and you will probably sell it quicker.

You have to understand fuel and its properties. Ive seen an eg hatch sit for 1 1/2 years with 1/2 tank of gasoline in it and this was in NJ. The fuel was bad, they got the car to run for a couple minutes, but once the bad fuel from inside the tank made its way to the combustion chamber, it fell flat on its face and would not start afterwards. They needed to replace the tank/sending unit and perform a RunRite afterwards. Then it ran perfectly.

either way its a 00 si with 22,000 miles. thats unheard of, for 12,000 bucks. im not desprate to sell it lol. i could care less. ill drive the car into the ground for all i care. i have to many civics. to many toys. im just putting it out there for if someone has intrest. you know., ive already sold my 10 second civic. i sold one of my hatches all shaved up. i just sold my blue si a few days ago. basicaly , im saying, i dont care if i sell it or not, 12,000 is the price, hit me up if you have cash! lol

You gotta at least knock off $1,000 to get any serious offers. Just ask Kelley Blue Book... Kelley Blue Book - Private Party Pricing Report - Honda, Civic - Official Kelley Blue Book Site

Don't get me wrong, it's a nice car but the bottom line is it's a civic. This isn't a classic car that has enthusiast willing to drop some serious coin. Like all the guys who think they're gonna get 8k+ for thier 100% original 92-93 Integra GSR's lol...

Here is a perfect example for the thread starter... I sold my 10 second hatch, street car, full cage/fuel cell, fully built gsr, custom built ls transaxle, itr yellow paint, itr suspension and REAL spoon sw888's with a TON of other shit including a 5,000 dollar full-race turbo setup... for... get this... $9000.I could've gotten atleast 12k for it easily but I needed the money fast so I had to take the offer.
