Wait no they didn't. I cursed and ripped it all off with the help of the cursaholic Brian. :D

My exhaust on the car consists of my header, pics to follow later on tonight. Finally going to get this A'pexi WS2 on.

Now I bought a gutted cat from someone about 4 years ago and I just found out that it won't work. the header to cat bolts are oppositely positioned... sooo now we're stuck and have to get the cat nuts off. *sigh*

I'd say for 5 years, replacing the exhaust (that I was going to do anyway) and o2 senser as far as maintenance are pretty damn good.

why am I a dumb shit? :(

I kicked that catbacks ass today. Brian was being all whiney. lol

wow, you're actually doing something to your car.. in the 3 yrs i've been here you havent done shit to it.. haha.. bout' time

I've installed my own intake, header, stereo (twice now), amp/sub wiring kit, amp/sub, & rain gaurds.

I never had a place to do the work until i bought the house, but then I only have 3 months before it's too fucking cold to do anything outside.

We're going to try for the short shifter tomorrow as well. I have no idea when I'm going to put on that IM.

the IM will take about an hour.. pretty straight forward.. dont see why you couldnt do the shifter and IM in an afternoon.. but like you said.. you only have 3 months  before it gets cold..

if you cant get that done and more in 3 months.. .. dont really know what to say..

Work does get in the way a lot of my wanting to do things.

Oh and I woke up just now thinking I forgot to tell you that I did all four disc brakes, pads, and even replaced a caliper as well.

I do more work on my car than ya'll give me credit for, it's just such a sparse activity for me that no one remembers a damn thing. :p

hey some fuckers stole my tanabe exhast, header, high flow resonator, when they stole my car

but anyways I like your new setup

the nuts that are on the catalytic convertor to mount to the stock pipe are rusted all to hell and i cant break them fuckers off with an air ratchet. i even soaked em in PB Blaster and that aint working at all. almost 10 years of salt and corrosion of fused em to together. my only other suggestion is to cut off the bolts, drill out the hole and replace with new hardware.

If it was my car, I'd cut everything off, throw it all away, get a high flow cat and call it a day.

speaking of, I have one for sale... =)

if it was my car I would throw everything away and drop a Toyota truck motor in it.

high flow catalytic converter... hmmm... too bad I can't order one cause I want to leave tomorrow!

Brian is grinding off the bolt heads on the old cat as I type this, since the gutted one just won't work, I got some new bolts for the old one and we're going to try drilling out the holes.
