i wanna go all motor and i cant decide on wich motor will be better a type r or a geezer what you guys think thanks
 
its a 2001 type r motor its brand fukkin new what you suggest
 
i suggest you post how much the itr is and how much cash you have available, then we can give you a more accurate suggestion.

If it's a complete swap, what do you plan to do with your GSR? The price seems right, though I really wonder why it is so cheap. I have NEVER seen an ITR that cheap.
 
well the homie has a k24 with k20 head thas he will be swappin on his and he's like my brother that the only reason is so cheap well the gsr will be going on my girls car
 
i would personally buy the itr...sell the gsr swap for $2000...then use the $2500 to get an smsp or rage header, a good intake, full exhaust and a tune. you could get about 200whp out of the itr.

yeah, you buy a rage or smsp header instead of the dc sports bullshit. you get a really good full exhaust and you pay money to have a very complete tune done. you are going to spend money for good results.

people say you can't do much with an ITR if they aren't willing to put in the money. the lsd tranny alone is a huge upgrade.

exactly. it's a very good train of thought. it just depends on the power you want. i would want the lsd tranny, then i would use the extra money to turbo it. itr's can hold 8-10 psi very well. it would be a killer setup and still very much within your budget.
 
well, i would go with those mods, then down the road consider a more agressive cam setup. the block is strong so i wouldn't worry about that part.
 
true the bottom end is strong first thion ima focus on ins buildin the head either if i get the itr or stick with the gsr
