So i have a 93 del sol with b18c1. But the ecu is from a 92 integra LS (non-vtec).....this was the ecu in the car when i got it. But i know for a fact i dont have a working vtec. I thought cause of the non vtec ecu. And i dont know if the car has its full potential cause of its ecu also..... I'm just kinda foggy, so any help would be appreciated.

P72 would be the right ECU, just make sure its OBD1. The B18C1 had butterfly valves on the inside of the intake that would open/close under certain conditions.

Okay, now what about aftermarket? Is there any aftermarket ECU that's a straight swap for the P72, or is it just a chip or attachment?

I know of chipped ECU's, complete after market ECU solutions are going to be expensive.

A P28 is one of the most popular to get chipped, but you can get a lot of OBD1 ECU chipped and wired for Vtec. Chipping and wiring your current one may be the most cost effective solution if you are planning on building your car up.

Have you looked into the price of after-market ECUs lately? They're hella expensive. Like I already said earlier, just buy yourself the correct ECU (an OBD1 P72) or look into having a different ECU chipped and programmed to run your motor, as ZCRX mentioned...
