I had my B16 block modified by a Ford F250 ,I figure as long as I'm replacing the lower unit ,it might as well be a B20.Has anyone had experiance with this swap and have any dyno numbers to show what kind of power the 2 motors make ,stock for stock ,with a pr3-3 head.Any directions to threads on this subject would be greatly appreciated.I'm still searching and dont want to go thru all the drivel from uneducated scientific guessers.

I think he's saying that a Ford F-250 smashed his B16 block, so now he wants to go B20 bottom end and B16 head.

To the OP: There are plenty of threads on B20-Vtec builds all across the internet, just search.

A Ford F250 was traveling in a turn lane illegally when I pulled out of the parking lot after getting a full tank of gas and realizing I was going to hit 300k on the odometer on this tank, only needed 268 miles ,when WHAM,I get plowed into by the truck that shouldnt have been there .Put his front tow hook thru the hood ,thru the valve cover into the cam plate ,pulled the drivers side MM out of the block ,broke the timing belt. Now someone today told me that my B16 probably did not bend valves due to broken timing belt ,is this an interferance motor ,or not.I have seen a number of threads on everything involved except what kind of power numbers result ,that is what I am most interested in at this point. One of the only replies I got said I should have about 160 hp,well hell I have that much out of the 16 ,I would expect more from a 20.
