How is this done again? I think some of the CT guys did/do it. I'm bored and need a cheap project to keep me busy. Pics would be great too. I kind of forget what it looks like, but its gotta look better then the scraped, chipped, stock bottom of my front bumper. Thanks in advance guys.

do a google search for DIY front lip.. there is a lot out there.. seems people use the black garden edging stuff (black rubber), and just rivet it in or something

Here are some pics I found. Some with garden liner and some with garage door something.

I think I'll get bored enough to try it on Sunday.

The second and third pictures look nice, first one...not so much.

Yea, I like the third the best. 1st and 3rd are garden trim, and the 2nd is a seal for the bottom of a garage door. I like the garden trim but I have to figure out how they did it without the hardware showing.

use pop rivets or whatever, then get the touch up paint from walmart and go over the hardware..thats how im doing mine

try it on your bros first so you can see if its any good...haha

Yea I have some interviews this week so I probably won't get around to trying it until Thursday. For $20 bucks it's worth it to see what it will look like. If it's absolutely terrible I'll be "forced" to do a 98+ conversion.
