i need some advice on a bseries swap into my 90 auto crx dx..
here is a list of parts i have.
93 ls head and intake
90 auto ecu
stock gsr headers
96 obd2 ls longblock/w intake,injectors

now a little more about what im lookin to do with this swap. im lookin to replace my stock motor with a stronger motor.dont need to be the fastest...just a little faster than normal.i think im going to keep the car an auto... im use to rewiring motor harnesses to get things working properly....thanx

anyone have some advice on getting a b18b1 obd2 engine into a 90 crx dx.....like what harness, wiring that needs to be done....im a first time honda owner....

I'd suggest a DPFI to MPFI conversion, then either converting the engine to obd0 (distributor is the important part) or getting the obd1 conversion from rywire and an obd1 ecu. I just noticed the rywire harness includes the DPFI to MPFI conversion! Rywire - Online Store

crx wiring

so the wiring kit will allow me to use what i have listed?

no...you have a little of eveyrhting..obd0.1.and 2...you need to get everything of one of them

What you've got:

  • CRX DX wiring harness: Dual-point fuel injection (DPFI), obd0
  • b18b1: Multiple-point fuel injection (MPFI), obd2
  • 90 pr4 ecu: obd0 Integra ecu
  • b18a1 head and intake mani: obd1 (b18a1 obd1 versus b18a1 obd0)
  • GSR headers: may not fit, vtec heads are shaped differently than nonvtec heads, exhaust ports may not line up.
What I suggest:

  • CRX DX wiring harness, converted to MPFI
  • rywire harness from obd0 to obd1
  • obd1 ecu (pick your flavor)
  • b18b1 block
  • b18a1 head + intake manifold
  • b18a1 exhaust manifold
  • custom cat-back exhaust (I haven't found a premade exhaust that fits correctly)
sell/trade everything else.

ok so the ecu that i have has the code 37820-p75-a04.........one website says
37820P3F335
37820P3FA53
37820P75A04INTEGRA 98 Elec Cont Unit (ECU); (right front kick panel), RS, LS, & GS, MT
INTEGRA 99 Elec Cont Unit (ECU); (right front kick panel), LS & GS, MT
These are some of the acura ecm's ecu's tcu's and pcm's we have in stock integra legend cl rl nsx vigor tl slx

so its not obd1 its 2......damn it lol

You own a p75, an obd1 ecu. The p3 came after your car.
